Retail sales are expected to jump this Holiday season. According to Deloitte, sales are forecasted to go up by 4.5 to 5%. Internet sales are expected to go up by 14 to 18%, compared to last year.

In addition, the delivery companies like, Fedex and UPS are getting ready for an increase in package deliveries. UPS expects to hire about 100,000 seasonal workers to support this jump.
